Automatic integral volumetric bottle filling and capping machine for round, oval, flat or square bottles with a maximum speed of 120 bottles per minute. The output of the filling machine depends on the properties of the liquid, bottle diameter, bottle height, neck size and filling volume. Machine construction features an all stainless steel finish, including M.S. frame construction with SS304 cladding. The machine features optional turntables at infeed and outfeed with separate drives to match the speed of in and out bottles for smoother operation. All parts in contact with liquid are made of SS 316 material.

The machine adopts the principle of volumetric piston filling to fill the liquid into the bottle, and the filling precision of the liquid in each bottle is very high. Suitable for machines for filling medicines, oils, mouthwashes, etc.
