1、 Principle of granulator:

When the full-automatic granulator is working, it will pour the particles into the top hopper. By properly adjusting the primary, intermediate and final vibrating feeders, the stacked particles in the hopper will gradually slide down to the blanking port along the vibrating trough plate into a continuous straight line. Then, the drop detection channel one by one uses the principle of photoelectric effect to input the working signal generated by the infrared dynamic scanning sensor when the particles fall to the FPGA high-speed microprocessor, and the counting function is realized through the cooperation of the circuit and the program.
